TTM Technologies, Inc. Prices Public Stock Offering
REDMOND, Wash., Feb 22, 2002 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- TTM Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: TTMI), today announced the pricing of a follow-on offering of 6,300,000 shares of common stock at a price of $8.50 per share. Of the 6,300,000 shares offered, 2,025,000 shares were offered by the company, and 4,275,000 shares were offered by selling shareholders. The company will not receive any of the proceeds from the sale of shares by the selling shareholders. Shareholders of the company have also granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 945,000 shares to cover over-allotments, if any. An underwriting group managed by Robertson Stephens, Inc., and including Thomas Weisel Partners LLC and Needham & Company, Inc., is offering the shares.

Net proceeds received by the Company from the offering will be used for general corporate purposes, including working capital, capital expenditures, possible reduction of indebtedness, and potential acquisitions.
