Edwin Roks

President and Chief Executive Officer; Director (Class II)

Edwin Roks, Ph.D., joined TTM Technologies as President and Chief Executive Officer in September 2025. He also serves as a member of the Board of Directors. He brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in global technology businesses, having been instrumental in expanding capabilities across many critical markets. These include aerospace & defense, industrial, healthcare, and communications. His focus on innovation, customer engagement, and operational excellence aligns closely with TTM’s long-term goals.

Prior to joining TTM, Dr. Roks was Chief Executive Officer of Teledyne Technologies Incorporated, where he also served as President of Teledyne Digital Imaging (2015 -2024), leading its largest business segment. Before that, Dr. Roks held the post of Teledyne’s Chief Technology Officer and various executive management positions.

From 1990 to 2005, he worked at Philips Research Laboratories and Philips Semiconductor (now NXP), where he held several senior technical positions, including Chief Technology Officer and R&D Director in the imaging divisions. He served as an officer in the Royal Dutch Army from 1985 to 1986.

He holds a Ph.D. in Electronics and Semiconductor Physics from the University of Twente, a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the College of Advanced Technology in the Netherlands.

He is an active member of the Executive Team of Trustees for Optica’s Global Photonics Economic Forum.

Daniel L. Boehle

Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Daniel L. Boehle became our Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer in September 2023 having joined our company as Executive Vice President in August 2023. Mr. Boehle also serves on the Board of Directors of Ducommun and is a member of its Audit Committee, after being appointed in November 2024. Ducommun is a global provider of manufacturing and engineering services, developing innovative electronic, engineered and structural solutions for complex applications in aerospace, defense and industrial markets. Before joining, Mr. Boehle served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Aerojet Rocketdyne Holdings, Inc. (“Aerojet”), a world-recognized technology-based engineering and manufacturing company that develops and produces specialized power and propulsion systems, as well as armament systems, since August 2020. From August 2017 to July 2020, Mr. Boehle was Vice President, Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer for Aerojet. Before joining Aerojet, Mr. Boehle served in various leadership roles across Corporate Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Financial Planning and Analysis at Northrop Grumman Corporation. Before joining Northrop Grumman Corporation, he held positions at KPMG LLP and KPMG Australia Ltd. Mr. Boehle has a B.S. in Accounting from Loyola Marymount University and a Master of Business Administration with an Emphasis in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.

Catherine Gridley

Executive Vice President and President Aerospace & Defense Sector

Catherine Gridley is the Executive Vice President and President of the Aerospace & Defense Business Unit. She joined TTM in 2019 from Northrop Grumman Corporation, where she most recently served as the Vice President and General Manager of the Advanced Defense Services Division. Prior to Northrop Grumman, Catherine held P&L leadership positions with DynCorp International, GE Aviation Systems and Goodrich. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Ithaca College and MBA from Binghamton University.

Dale Knecht

Senior Vice President Global Information Technology

Dale Knecht is the Senior Vice President of Global Information Technology. From 2001 to 2006, Mr. Knecht served as Vice President of Information Technology for the Tyco Electronics Printed Circuit Group. From 2003 to 2006, Mr. Knecht served in a dual role as Director of IT Regional Governance - North America for Tyco Electronics. Before that, Mr. Knecht served from 1998 to 2001 as Manager, SAP Global Support, and from 1993 to1998 as Regional Systems Manager - Latin America & Canada for AMP Inc. Mr. Knecht holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Lafayette College and an Executive Master in Cybersecurity degree from Brown University.

Shawn Powers

Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer

Shawn Powers is the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. Mr. Powers has served as our SVP of Human Resources since November of 2014 after joining TTM earlier that same year as VP of Human Resources for our North America Business Unit. Before joining our company, Mr. Powers was the Global Vice President of Human Resources with Kleinfelder, an engineering and sciences company, from 2012 to 2014. Before Kleinfelder, Mr. Powers was the Senior Director of Global Human Resources with IMI plc, an FTSE 100 manufacturing company, from 2006 to 2012. Mr. Powers began his career in the U.S. Military, serving as an Army Aviation Officer. Mr. Powers holds both a Master of International Affairs and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Science from Texas A&M University. Additionally, he has earned the Global Professional of Human Resources (GPHR) and the Society of Human Resources Professional - Senior Certified Professional (SCP) certifications.

Douglas L. Soder

Executive Vice President and President Commercial Sector

Douglas L. Soder is Executive Vice President and the President of the Commercial Sector. Mr. Soder joined TTM in 2006 and previously held the positions of EVP and President of Communications and Computing Business Unit from 2015 to 2018, EVP and President of North America Business Unit from 2012 through 2015, and EVP Global Sales from 2006 to 2012. Before joining TTM in 2006, he was Executive Vice President of Tyco Electronics - Printed Circuit Group, a position he held from 2001. Mr. Soder began his career in the electronics industry in 1983 with AMP Incorporated, and held many sales and sales management assignments with AMP Incorporated, Tyco Printed Circuit Group and AMP-AKZO before becoming Vice President of Sales with Tyco Electronics - Printed Circuit Group in 1996. Mr. Soder received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Dickinson College in 1983.

James P. Walsh

Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

James P. Walsh became our Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in July of 2025, having previously served as Senior Vice President (SVP) of Operations and Global Environmental, Health & Safety, Security, and Sustainability (EHSS&S) since January 2024. Mr. Walsh joined TTM in 2019 in a senior operations leadership role and has held positions of progressively increased responsibility since that time. Prior to joining TTM, Mr. Walsh held senior leadership roles at several technology and industrial companies including VP of Operations at Bal Seal Engineering, a manufacturer of custom-engineered sealing and EMI/RFI shielding solutions; VP of Manufacturing at Delta Design, a global leader in the design and manufacturing of semiconductor test handling equipment; and Business Unit Director at Asymtek, a global leader in automated fluid dispensing, jetting and conformal coating technologies. Mr. Walsh holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Santa Clara University, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Dan Weber

Executive Vice President and General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Dan Weber leads the Office of the General Counsel which includes the contracts and administration function. Before joining TTM in 2015, Dan served as the General Counsel for Viasystems for approximately 11 years and had served as in-house counsel for Viasystems for over 15 years. Dan previously also served as Vice President and General Counsel of Courtesy Corporation, a plastic molding manufacturer based in the United States, and as General Counsel of International Wire Group, Inc., a multinational insulated and bare copper wire manufacturer. Prior to embarking on his in-house legal career, Dan worked in private practice at Gallop, Johnson & Neuman, L.C. in the corporate and securities group. Mr. Weber completed his undergraduate work from University of Kansas and received his Law Degree from St. Louis University.
