TTM Technologies, Inc. Announces Receipt of All Foreign Approvals to Acquire Viasystems Group, Inc.

COSTA MESA, Calif., Dec. 30, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- TTM Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq:TTMI) ("TTM") today announced that it has received the approvals of the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China, the Federal Cartel Office of Germany, and the Estonian Competition Authority to proceed with the acquisition of Viasystems Group, Inc. (Nasdaq:VIAS) ("Viasystems"). These approvals constitute all of the foreign approvals required to consummate the acquisition.

The proposed acquisition remains subject to review by the United States Federal Trade Commission (the "FTC") under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976, as amended (the "HSR Act"), and approval by the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States ("CFIUS"), as well as other customary closing conditions. TTM continues to expect the acquisition to close in the first half of 2015.
