Section 7 – Regulation FD

On May 10, 2018, TTM Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the hosting of an “analyst day” on May 24^th. As disclosed in the press release, the Company arranged for the simultaneous webcast of the analyst day presentation on the Company’s website, and for a replay of the presentation to be accessible for a limited period of time. The Company also prepared written materials as part of the presentation that are available on the Company’s website. Copies of the press release and the written materials are furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2, respectively, to this Current Report on Form 8-K, and incorporated herein by reference solely for purposes of this Item 7.01 disclosure.
