     On March 6, 2007, the Compensation Committee of TTM Technologies, Inc., or TTM, approved the 2007 Management Bonus Plan. The target bonus for TTM’s Chief Executive Officer will be 70% of his 2007 base salary and the target bonus for TTM’s Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Senior Vice President — Marketing will be 55% of their respective 2007 base salaries. The 2007 base salaries and bonus levels are listed in Exhibit 10.1 hereto and are incorporated herein by reference.
     For TTM’s Chief Executive Officer, 100% of his 2007 bonus will be determined on the basis of TTM’s 2007 operating income relative to the operating income target set by the Board. His 2007 bonus can range between 10% and 149% of his base salary, depending on TTM’s operating income. He will earn 100% of his target bonus if TTM achieves the operating income target.
     For TTM’s Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Senior Vice President — Marketing, 75% of their 2007 bonus will be determined based on TTM’s performance relative to the operating income target, 10% will be based on individual performance goals and 15% will be subject to the Compensation Committee’s discretion. Their bonuses can range between 10% and 116% of their respective base salaries, depending on TTM’s operating income and their individual performance.
