Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On January 30, 2020 Tang Chung Yen (Tom Tang) notified the Chairman of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of TTM Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) of his decision to resign as a director of the Company effective May 9, 2020, and the Board accepted Mr. Tang’s resignation. Mr. Tang’s resignation from his position on the Board did not result from any disagreement with the Company.
